Shipping Costs
FREE regular shipping for orders over $100
$5 Express option upgrade for orders over $100
FREE express shipping for orders over $200
Shipping & Handling Times
All orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent on the same day, otherwise it will be sent out on the next business day (also applies to orders made on the weekend or public holidays). Orders must be paid for before they are processed. If paying by bank deposit then funds need to clear before goods are sent out. Orders made by bank deposit and not paid within 3 business days of the order will be cancelled.
SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged parcels
We do our best to ensure your order is securely packaged so it doesn't get damaged during transit. However, in the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or stolen we will do our best to assist, however we will not be held responsible for such events. Please let us know if this happens so we can follow it up from our end, but you will still need to tell the post office from your end.
