Returns Policy

Warranty on Hardware
Unless stated otherwise, all hardware comes with a 90 day Warranty. This means if your mod/battery fails within 90 days from purchase, we will replace it for you with the same item as long as it is in stock. If you are experiencing problems with your 510 battery please contact us before asking for a return, so we can help you troubleshoot the device. In our experience, hardware failures are rare and the cause is often related to faulty 510 cartridges. If the problem persists even after troubleshooting, we will replace your hardware for you. To demonstrate a failure of the device, instead of sending the unit back to us which will cost money, you can email us a video of the problem. Hardware warranty does not cover items that are consumables such as 510 carts.
Dead on arrival, Defective, Wrongly sent items
In the super rare case you have received a product that is defective or dead on arrival, please contact us to arrange a replacement within 48hrs. Sometimes mistakes happen and the wrong product will be mistakenly shipped (could be wrong colour, or flavour etc) in which case we will replace the item with the correct one after it is returned to us. We will cover your cost of sending the item back to us. When these products are returned they must be unused/unopened and have all packaging present, otherwise we may not honour the return.
Order Cancellations / Change Of Mind
You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Please send us an email or use the contact form if you wish to cancel your order. If you have already received your product, you can request and exchange/refund if you have changed your mind only if the product is unused/unopened. You will need to cover the cost of sending the items back to us.
